For videos you would put them in Video, ISO is just for games,

what kind of video do you have, and did you put it in psp/video or mso/video?

put the iso in the video folder, then go into the vsh menu scroll down to iso video mount and scroll over to your iso

edit: and I forgot to mention you need a UMD in the psp
