Downloading & Faster Loading on the PSP

I bought a psp from a fren after recently gettin my psp,ps3 and laptop away. this psp I bought from my fren is my only way of getting on CD and I still want to DL homebrew,themes etc. but there is really no way to DL rar files and xtract them. so I wonder if you guys can get people to post homebrew,themes etc. as the original format instead of puttin it in a rar or zip etc.

the psp loads really slow cuz of the pics. so I'm wondeqing if you can get rid of most of the pics that the psp doesnt really need.

Yea, you can choose where it goes and everything, but you just can't extract rar/zip etc...

Just say someone posted an attachment of nitepr.prx by itself. I can click on the attatchment and choose where to download it. And then i can use Xplorar 1.8 to edit my game.txt to add the code.
