hey guys i think i fuged it out. its almost the same as what swift said. What you must do is:
Create a clan- the clan tag can be something random but make sure the name is what you want it to be.
Now go on the clan thing on social and press triangle.
Do not click on edit clan tag yet
Open nite pr but do not turn on cheats yet
Now that nite pr is opened highlight extended clan tag and MEME imposter
Now just press circle to exit it
It should be shown up even without turning cheats on
If it did-just press triangle without turning your cheats on
If it didnt then activate the cheats and press triangle
What should happen is you might get disconnected-but when you come back online and check your clan tag the imposter will be activated
