The instant reload glitch is easy, while you are shooting and when you are going to reload (for example you have only 4 bullets in your mag), then fall from something, if you have no more bullets while you're flying then the game should reload your weapon instantly.

About the PMN glitch, I don't remember, I should test to remember.

Yha I think it has been. I play on it all the time and DAMN. Sucks my PS3 isn't hacked lol. But I can still hope they don't get hacked lol. it's annoying
