Hmm...
Never had that problem before, although i'am having problems logging in myself. After clicking accept on the user agreement, it tells me that i was caught cheating once and cannot login even though i didn't hack, i don't even have my NitePR enabled.
Strange thing was i got booted before that so im pretty sure some tard caused it. Maybe the same case for you, i don't know.
I deleted the 1.60 update on my psp and prolly try to delete SOCOM FTB2 and copy it back on my psp again to see if that'll fix my problem. Why won't you try that as well and see if it'll work for you.

I guess that'll work but i don't really use NitePR anymore.. I hate the fact that it takes screenshots everytime you accidentally press Down + square button especially with other games. Lol!

well you can always disable nitePR when playing other games, or just change he screenshot commands.

Ok.. So i didn't have the same problem as iH insanehkr before and had my own version of error connecting to the server as stated above on my previous posts. Well yesterday, i enabled my nitePR again and corrupted my PSID and so i made a new name so i can play online but behold! i'm now getting the same error as iH insanehkr.
The error -953 or -952.. and it still tells me that i have been caught cheating once.. Weird! I think someone actually did that, i heard another player saying he can report you to socom or something and it bans not your MAC address on your psp but your actual ip address from which your connecting.
Is there any truth to this claim?
