Need help ftb3!!!!!!!

Well I was playing ftb3 yesterday and a message poped up and said that i was detected cheating and i was banned for 7 days, and i was not on my hacked psp nor had i been for about a week. What should i do and if anyone knows why this happened please let me know.

All I gotta say is the cheat/report system they have is retarded. I got ban too and I have a psp Go, so go figure. Theres nothing you can do but wait it out.
