2. Hit continue and it will say after a moment you have been disconnected (DONT PANIC)
3. Turn off code and hit ok to leave room, de-highlight it in cheat program.
4. Rejoin same room with same clothing.
5. Try to use a grenade and try to kill yourself, Viola your are now immortal

just saying because italy,beachhead, and some other map cheats u got are only in mohh1 but the rest could be useful i will take a look.
