I just tested this and all my mohh [us] nitepr codes work for the mohh [eur] version just make a text in the nitepr folder called ULES-00557 that is the game ID for mohh [eur] and copy all your cheats from ULUS-10141 to ULES-00557 and try them they worked for me

change the name of document ULUS-10141 and put ur game id,u can find ur id in the savedata name of ur mohh1
ms0/PSP/SAVEDATA/??(mohh1)??

As someone has already posted in here, you can copy all the US codes to the EUR, just change the game ID. The game ID is located on the side of your psp game box, near the bottom on the fold line. Follow all the instructions on nitePR, and then simply paste the new document into the NitePR folder.
