It looks like Momoka from SGT Frog and Karin's Grandmother Elda from Chibi Vampire (anime is called Karin) with the attitudes from the entire cast form When They Cry
Lol, it is Yuno from a manga called Future Diary. They are on the 4th volume, still publishing and it is fairly good. This character comes off as a little crazy but loves the main character Yuki and will do anything to protect him.
Which is exactly like Dark Momoka, but I reference when they cry because of the ax... Kinda sexy in a dark, hopefully not get eviscerated kinda of way
Really reminds me of my ex-gf except she beat me with my own wooden katana... not a metaphor, I carved a katana she stole and then broke it over my head, I spent three weeks making that katana
