DEVELOPMENT FOR THIS APP HAS BEEN FROZEN DUE TO A BUG IN HOW IT RENDERS THE WEBSITE, IT DOESN'T ALLOW YOU TO TYPE ANYTHING IN, DON'T EXPECT A RELEASE SINCE IT'S FROM VB, NOT MY CODE

Well, after a coding session I have finally completed beta 2 of the Official CD iPhone app!!! It's closer to getting done.

Updates:

-Switched to google code
-Logo made by codex
-back button

Features:

-Just displays CD with the PSP theme
-Back button (holy crap there's a back button!)
-Using icon made by Codex


Future Features:

-Built in shoutbox (IRC)
-A back button :D (yes, this beta doesn't have one, sorry :( )
-A kick ass logo

Known bugs:
can't post due to the way the PSP VB theme renders on the iphone/itouch, I'm busy trying to find a workaround

To install:
FTP it into your iPhone/iTouch the same way you normally do with all your "cracked" apps (/Applications is where I put them)
Reboot/respring (I prefer Reboot, but it's up to you)

well you need an intel mac for the SDK, then in order to build the app for the actual device you need to spend $99 to get the thing to build it (which my dad bought, he has 3 apps up on the app store)

To make an app you need to know objective-c, which is a pain in the freaking ass!!!! (it gets very complicated at times, but other then that I kinda prefer it over C)

edit: and maybe I should mention that when you pay $99 you also get access to the 3.0 beta, both the firmware and the SDK, it's a shame 3.0 only installs on iPhones/iTouches that are registered with the developer program. And yes I have tried 3.0, and it is FAR BETTER THEN 2.2!!!! But this app here is compiled for 2.1 I believe so it works on everything 2.1 and above

FTP it into your /Applications folder then reboot and/or respring

I just extracted it to my desktop and draged the file into my itouch in itunes and it says it cant be played on this ipod and it dont work

is it jailbroken, if it is FTP it in, you can't install it through itunes because then I'll have to go through this long process through apple to get the file that tells itunes to install it

Yes it is jailbroken. But how do you ftp? I might know how but i dont remember by the name.
