First Off,i Start out with a 15 rep,with 5 pound ankle weights on and do 15 reps of pulls ups
then I put 1 of those on my back,and do 20 push ups
Put those aside,and do 25 sit ups
Run on a tredmil for 30 minutes,speed at 6*start low thou*
I do that for baseball
Then repeat 1-3
then i do curls,reps of 10,15 pound dumbells
bench 50 when sports arent in,,75-100 when they are
then i take a 2 5 pund dumbells,and do finger curls
It's not the hardest,but it keeps me in shape for baseball :D
