    lat year my friend had to do those for football,the coach made them do them first,and bhy the end he threw up,they push us in the gym lol

    Lol. Once you get used to it, it doesn't hurt as much and doesn't cramp as much.

    lol 2 years ago,we had to start doing lifting and stuff for baseball,since im in the 13-16 league

    and they made me do stuff thati never did when i just worked out at my house

    Yeah they do a lot of stuff for sports. They focus on all the muscles and get a bigger variety rather than the big things that work like 3 major muscles, they get into the little muscles, big muscles everything.

    expecially with the musles in your upper legs,they want you to keep the 30 foot run under 8 seconds,which is hard for the 1st base man,he's 270 pounds*alot of fat*

    30 Feet in 8 seconds are you kidding me? Even if your 270 pounds you should be able to get that.

    40 Meters is almost 120 feet. People run that in 4.3 in the NFL. And this fat ass can't run 1/4 of that in double the time? That is horrible.

    i was wrong about that,its not 30,25,20,etc. is yards not feet
