I am here to learn about how to modify my radio settings on my Droid Bionic using Radiocomm so I can use it on T-Mobile

Hi I routed my phone (motorola Droid bionic xt875 verizon) and install android 4.3.1 cyanogenmod10.2-20131030-nightly-targa. with cdma_n_05.22.00r ltedc_u_09.1d.00 base band. how can i do to get working this phone with bell mobility (CDMA) and Roger (GSM) in canada
