Straight Answer: You're console NEEDS to be flashed. There are no modchips for this. There are no other ways. Do NOT believe what any video or person tells you otherwise. You can modify the DVD drive yourself (I suggest going to 360mods.net...There you will find all the tutorials, and tools necessary) or you can have it modified through a service. I don't use the service, so I can't vouch for any of them.
